Bridge the racial wealth gap
by providing capital, expertise, and network
to IBIPOC & Women-owned small businesses

Traditionally due to racial bias and systemic discrimination, BIPOC & women business owners have difficulty accessing the capital, expertise, and network needed to grow businesses.

Services businesses are easy to start with no capital requirement but difficult to grow without capital.

There are many profitable mature professional service businesses that have been in operation for years but have not grown. Small service businesses have no exit and usually no succession plan in place.

Cascading Impact

Companies we back create high-value professional jobs in underserved communities.

Founders and their teams gain wealth.

Businesses our companies serve to benefit from strong financial support. Accounting and financial services are the backbones of business success, so we are starting there. We will then move on to other segments of BIPOC and women-led service businesses.
